We need to start a Petition to demand that the Federal Government return the $25 TRILLION it stole out of Social Security and Medicare over the past 50 years when Democrat Prez LBJ signed into law that Social Security would now become a tax (Sound familiar–Obamacare was not a tax until it became a tax). Margret Thatcher correctly stated that all socialist governments ultimately fail when they run out of other people’s money to spend. That will happen here too if we can’t do something to stop it. I’m more and more in favor of a Constitutional Convention to throw this government out and start over with the constitution and a few tweaks. I think there should be term limits for all high offices, no perks after leaving office, no exempting themselves from any laws, and presidential elections to be decided on a one state one vote principle so that the candidates will have to represent the whole country rather than just a few states.

If I could have invested my own money into an Insurance plan or annuity, I would be collecting at least twice what I am collecting today. Social Security is the worlds largest PONZI scheme that if anyone else had foisted a plan like it on the public they would be in prison. Now we have a LYING SOB perputrating Obamacare upon us that is 100 times worse than Social Security plus we are covering 11- 20 MILLION ILLEGALS that have never paid one thin dime into the system.   Social Security as originally established worked well, showing a surplus every year. Unfortunately these surplus $ were gobbled up by our corrupt Congress to use for vote buying, by distributing the dollars we paid into the program to illegal aliens, the disabled, SSI, food stamps, people who don’t work, etc. No one should receive SS benefits who didn’t pay in to the program. The poor, the disabled, others, should be put into programs run by the Dept of Health and Human Services. Anyone without a photo ID (proof of citizenship) should be banned from receiving taxpayer dollars. Spain didn’t tally all our votes. While I don’t agree with contracting out our election results to ANYONE, it’s not quite what you made of it. Every State is responsible for its own vote counting. SCYTL counted overseas ballots. I’m simply disturbed by the unprecedented amount of election fraud in the Swing States — especially Ohio, where Obama got over 99% of the vote in over 100 precincts, 100% in several with 0 Romney votes, 108% of the vote elsewhere… THAT needs to be investigated.

I honestly think there are plenty of grounds to bring this man up on treason charges. This is much more serious than being impeached. Treason carries with it a death sentence if he is convicted. There is a second issue with Obamacare that the court will likely have to decide. That is the issue of church and state. There has been another suit filed, I think, where the Catholic Church is demanding to know how Obamacare can mandate them to provide contraceptives and perhaps abortion coverage to church employees that work in places such as Catholic hospitals. The court indicated that was a question that did need looked at.

I’m sorry to say that Roberts is a travesty. Personally, I think, based on his reasoning that Obozocare is a ‘tax’, that he has some serious mental condition. We all know that this guy suffers from seizures of one sort or another. Does he take drugs to mitigate his condition? Do these drugs limit his mental capacity? I mean WTF; this guy was suppose to be a major constitutional scholar and then he comes up with a position on Obozocare like he did……NOT, he’s sick. You don’t need to be a scholar of the law or even of more than average intellect to know that his ruling on Obozocare was not within the bounds of reasoned thought. Roberts should be censured, impeached for incompetence, and permanently retired. His mental incapacities are obvious and as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court are dangerous. Roberts was not a turncoat. He actually gave Americans a way out by calling it a tax. The congress regulates taxes, therefore can regulate the tax aspect of Obamacare. It the taxes levied by non compliance are drastically reduced or done away with, Obamacare will cave under its own weight.

I have yet to see a petition on Oklahoma’s succession from the Union that is to include the so called Obama care mandate defined as part of the reason for leaving the union? Is it explained that this law is not a so called federal right. It is a unconstitutional law. Under the Oklahoma Constitution and The United Sates of American Constitution. It dose not matter what judge from what court states an opinion on universal health care. That it is the law of the land, dose not make it a constitutional law.
The problem with this is every Judge in this country takes a oath to office. To uphold the law of the land and to administer it accordingly. Under and by the United States of American Constitution. This being so, any judge failing to do this should by reprimanded and or removed from the bench and disbarred. No judge, or elected representative, or bureaucrat, or Citizen is above the law. We are all equal under the law, In its judgment of us and for us as a people. This dose not mean we are equal in intelligence, or knowledge, in any physical or emotional way, or work related manner. It is the duty of the united states congress by there oath to discipline such a judge. If and when a judge is out of line with the law of the land our constitution. If the congress fails to do this, it falls upon the States. If the states fail to do this, it falls upon the American Citizen to do this by lobby or a grand jury investigation and due process of law. Last but least is to seek a vote of three quarters of the state house to move to be separated from the Union. If the state house is unable and or unwilling then it falls on the citizens by petition to place it on the ballot for a possible majority vote. Which the state house and governor are suppose to honor. In recent history in this country, not only in this state. The State of Oklahoma there have been laws passed in this manner and petitions formed by a enough signatures and still ignored or literally thrown out for unjustified reasons. So in knowing this where dose the good citizen in there majority voice and or deceleration go? What can they do? A grand jury is the next best alternative to a revolution?

This statement is well worth looking at in detail especially today. We will start by making one slight change.
Ask not what your government can do for you, but what you can do for your government. Now lets also make a comparison between two men both were democrats. Both served in government. One was speaker of the house, Jim Wright, served 34 years in congress, was speaker of the house from Jan. 6, 1987 to June 6, 1989. (The Wright amendment). The other was President Thomas Jefferson, 1801 to 1809 (Virginia resolutions of 1798, The declaration of independence, Secretary of state, A founder of the United States of America).

But before we begin let us look at what President Kennedy was saying and who to? Was he stating this for all Citizens? Or just those in the private sect? Or for those only in service to there government? Knowing what President Kennedy wrote about in government and those principles he has stated that he believed in, by what he stated in the inaugural address of January 6th of 1961. ( and one of his books he wrote-Eight courageous Americans) publicly and accomplished in his mature life time. He believed it was for all Citizens of the United States of America, But I say, he believed it was more for the Citizen in service to the government, we the people. Because in our form of government and the way the designers of the United States Constitution wrote it. The government or representative class is servants to the people, the Citizens of the country. In that service they are to be giving and expecting nothing in return and be proud of what they may accomplish for the betterment of all including themselves. A none profit institution. Giving more than they receive? If this were really implemented by law and or by loyalty and dedication. Government would be very small and most would be very dedicated to the people. To have served at all, and would welcome the day they left office. This would be very good for the country, our nation and all Citizens of the United States of America.

Thomas Jefferson did give more than he received and so did John F. Kennedy. In there beliefs and principles in there service to this country and its Citizens.

When Thomas Jefferson left office, he was near destitute. In comparison to Jim Write. Jim Wright was almost destitute and became and was hailed for his accomplishment in becoming very wealthy in supposedly many ways as a career politician. Did his service also benefit his country and the Citizens. In some areas no doubt, he made some accomplishments, but he took a great deal more than what he received. This is true with most politicians of this day and age. It is also why we are in very serious trouble in this country and as a nation.

Thomas Jefferson also believed in states rights over federal rights. That the major power of the government be invested in the state’s government not the federal Government, centralization. The states being sovereign have a right to choice as the individual citizen dose. Also that trade and fare competition should flourish amongst the several states. If we had settled the right to property more peaceably in 1862 to 1864 and had not given into federalism and centralization of government on a federal level, the power of government being fully invested in the federal government dictating to the states and the loss of our rights to property by permit and taxation. Or had excepted the states having equal or more power than the federalist government. Some states would be more prosperous and powerful than others, but they would still have there culture and states would still be coming and uniting into the union. It would be the statesmen and stateswoman prospering in a career of politics. Rather than federalist politicians.

This debate has been going on, since the beginning of the design of this great country and its being placed in motion. It has been about the power of the states power over the federal government , or the majority of people democratically in complete power and or the power of the federal government over all. Which is now soundly in place. Centralization of the government by the government and for the government. Not we the people government.

The debate and on the problems we face as a nation, should be on the public service being a career at all? Except for the most vital institutions in government. Such as education, if education is to be a part of the government at all? No matter, if it be a statesmen or a politician when the service to government becomes a career and it being designed to be by election cycles. The individual Citizen who is elected to office. Will work towards insuring it is secure and for the betterment of the position and self interest rather than for the nation and or the country and Citizens. This is why we now have Citizens in government who have rationalized there right to charge as much as they want to. To the credit account of the nation and putting us all at risk and in a debt, incalculable in terms of simple mathematics and human comprehension

Thomas Jefferson and John F. Kennedy also believed it was not the purpose of government to protect the people from themselves and control there right to be individuals with the right to free choice, liberty.
That it was the governments purpose to educate the people on all matters of the government and the law. So the Citizen could have a choice in her or his informed and educated decisions. Once again this brings us to the political career. When it becomes a career, the way to insure it is secure. Is to become a protector and a provider in the minds of the citizen and through the law. Also by making things very complex and creating more problems than solutions. Then dummying the citizens by lowering the standards of education. Once this is accomplished then a political career of a life time, can begin and be secure. The work revolves around making sure that the career is always secure by relieving the individual of there right to free choice, liberty, making them dependent on the federalist government. Then continually campaigning for office. Making the whole of the campaign the centerpiece to there persona, as if they are a king or emperor.

Today because of the career politician, the sovereign rights of the individual to choice and the sovereign rights of the state to choose are in jeopardy and have been diminished greatly. The way out of this is not an easy road, but must be started by ending the right to make any form of service in government a career. It should be discouraged always. This will have to be accomplished by amending the United States of American Constitution. Which starts with the career politician starting the process. This will be a great feat for them to do, who have a career in government already, that they have built for themselves. This is near impossible for most of them to accomplish, for the country and for themselves. So we as Citizens must save our country from the well meaning Citizens, who are in service to us elected to office, or by appointment and that is to remove them from office and replace them with people who will make this necessary change to save our country, our nation, and amend the United States Constitution of America once again. For ever ending the career politician and or career statesmen. In what ever legal means peaceably that this can be accomplished. If we do not do this. I fear, we will be doomed to a imperialistic socialistic republic one day in the very near future. That we will all be subjects and enslaved to it, for generations into the future. Especially with the coming technology at the career politicians fingertips. To control and intrude into the private lives of us all. The way to hell, is paved in good intentions by political means. May God help us all to save the light of the world for liberty and peace, The United States Of America.

States need only Nullify Obamacare; if, say, more than half do so, it will collapse under it’s own weight. And, Nullification is perfectly within the bounds of the Constitution, since the States are SOVEREIGN entities; see the 10th Article of Amendment. Already, Maine and several other states (and Maine was a blue state, I believe) have filed bills to Nullify Obamacare.
