Only Rebellion Can Save America

The US federal government has strayed so far from the Constitution and the rule of law that it can now be considered rogue and illegitimate.

The thoroughly irresponsible rate of government spending projected over the next twenty-five years will drive federal debt to unsustainable levels. The country is heading for a financial meltdown and economic ruin.

The Republican Party is inept and impotent and cannot provide the necessary political opposition to the crimes and unconstitutional policies of the Obama regime or stand against the rampant voter fraud which is now polluting the electoral process. There is a report claiming that the Republican Party signed a legal agreement with the Democrat Party in 1982 not to pursue suspected vote fraud. If there is no guarantee of election integrity, then elections become only window dressing for tyranny.

Barack Obama is an illegal President and unindicted felon. Congress, the American media and the courts are engaged in a criminal conspiracy to conceal their complicity in perpetrating the Obama fraud on the American people. Law enforcement and our elected officials have chosen to risk the survival of the country rather than risk the truth.

According to recent reports, Obama continues to use a Social Security Number (SSN) not issued to him, in the process, committing numerous counts of social security fraud. The SSN Obama uses, issued in Connecticut, a state where he never lived, does not pass a check with E-Verify, the electronic system the U.S. Citizenship and Immigrations Services of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security has created to verify whether or not prospective employees have the required authorization to work legally in the United States. It appears that the SSN Obama uses, was actually issued to a Harrison J. Bounel, born in 1890. Once issued, a SSN is never reissued to another individual. Why isn’t any of that evidence investigated? It is because Barack Obama is protected by a dishonest media and criminally complicit federal officials and, unlike ordinary Americans, he is above the law.

The US no longer has representative government. Members of Congress seek election not to uphold the Constitution and serve the American people, but to obtain power and to use that power to accrue professional and financial benefits for themselves and their major supporters. All the traditional means for the American people to seek the redress of grievances have now been blocked by a corrupt government composed of a self-absorbed permanent political elite unaccountable to the American people.

The status quo is no longer defensible. Unless there is a significant reversal soon, it is only a matter of time that a catastrophe will be upon us, which will inevitably lead to national collapse and fragmentation.

Please read The Harbinger by Jonathan Cahn and you will quickly understand why America is floundering. At his inauguration in 1789, George Washington said, “The propitious smiles of Heaven can never be expected on a nation that disregards the eternal rules of order and right which Heaven itself has ordained.” Obama is but a symptom of the deeper spiritual problem, America’s turning away from the eternal and unchanging laws of God. I honestly don’t know if there are enough people willing to sacrifice what it may take to get our country back in a “worse case scenario”? I am getting prepared for living as the pioneers did, cause that is where this Marxist is “leading” us (but prepared to defend me and mine, and the country no matter what or how!!!). “Revolution” comes in MANY forms and actions. There are currently a few good men standing up and speaking out on the GOP side, but they can’t say exactly what they want or feel, because a majority of the American people are still ‘sheeple”, and would consider them “extremist” (although they would be telling the truth about hussein obama , his regime, and his tyrannical plans for the USA. Even good people on the “right” are still in “denial” that our own “leaders” could INTENTIONALLY try to take ALL our FREEDOMS and turn us into a Spcialist country and a 1 World Kumbya with the UN and Muslims running things. (cause if the muslim lackey, hussein obama thinks his brothern will leave him as the grand ruler once he collapses our economy, he is soooo sadly mistaken.) They will cut his head off first!! Glenn Beck has some good ideas, and can get a very large number of REAL Americans to stand up and take action, but, he advocates a non-violent course (ATT). I understand this. First, most Americans are not ready to take up arms against each other. A few points that I made in another article.

1) The news media is campaigning for or covering for this president. Even Fox News is hampered by Rupert Murdock, a liberal. They are fighting with one arm tied behind their back. If the public were well informed I don’t believe we would be where we are. I don’t know how, but we need a news media that represents us.

2) Our education system started failing when the NEA (a liberal bunch) took over.

3) The amount of lying this past election was unprecidented. Again, the biggest liar won. How about bringing back the libel laws?

The ONLY way to change some of what is going on is a Constitutional Convention — change our Constitution to:
4) require absolute proof of the citizenship of our president and vice president prior to registering for running for the office
5) institute term limits for Congress so we don’t have professional polititions. The longer they are in office, the more corrupt they are likely to become
6) invalidate any election district where there are more votes than registered voters and require a revote and remove the officials from any such election irregularity
7) Require approved photo ID and citizenship for anyone voting or collecting tax payer paid social services
8) Require certain laws that can only be passed by Congress, ensuring separation of powers

  Right now, the odds of getting the kind of people you would want at a Constitutional Convention may not be good. I wouldn’t risk it at this time. We could lose everything. I have heard a person say we have too much free speech. Someone else said she doesn’t think ordinary citizens should have guns. They are intelligent people I know. Such as these could kill the first two amendments which are the base of personal liberty. I would rather us continue to insist on adherence to the present Constitution. That rate of increase in spending is due to increasing retired workers. They have paid into social security for a work career and deserve their promised return. I suspect that Obunga’s next False Flag or possibly when he betrays our Constitution and signs off on the UN Small Arms Treaty, that it will be our “Concord/Lexington” event. Or I guess it would be more appropriate to say our “Ft. Sumter”. Patriots need to unite on all levels and get ready.
Patriots plan for resisting the Globalist agenda:
Develop Secure Community Co-ops (Interactive Neighborhood Watch on steroids). Groups should be from about 5 to 15 people in the same general area, neighborhood. All members should be conservative/responsible adults.
Members should work at fortifying local, county and state govts. as well as joining Shrf. Reserve Forces (as long as the shrf. is an oathkeeper), Constitutional Sheriffs Assoc./ USCDA, State Militias, Constitutional Militias, etc. Also, should be involved in TP, 9-12, John Birch Soc., etc.
SCC’s should have a liason with other like-minded grps. in order to give/obtain support when needed.
The states should and hopefully will be the first line of defense against an overreaching tyrannical govt.(Don’t count on it if you are living in a Blue State) Next, it would fall on the counties and local communities, working in concert with the various State Militia units, Co. Shrfs’ Depts., Constitutional and SCC elements. After that, if needed, Bug Out procedures should be implemented. Hopefully, to safe areas.

I’m not at the point of rebellion, but I do see the temperature rising. The author is absolutely right that we have lost representation, Both popular representation and state representation. Amendment 17 resulted in the loss of federal accountability to the states. The Re-apportionment Act of 1929 (limited the House to 435 members) has resulted in diminished representation of the individual. Both should be repealed.

I would hazard to guess that most people who venture onto these blogs are on a “list” that may not be conducive to ones health in the not too distant future. It is better to hang together than to hang alone, so the founders thought. Our new “tyrannical rulers” are playing a game of what might be termed “blind man’s bluff.” The congress (both houses) are in “contempt of the people” and must be removed from office, either by recall or by “other means” and that may be the key to bring down the illegal regime that is ready to initiate war on the true patriots.

Unfortunately, I agree 100%. We need to start bring the fight to them. NY wants to “show the rest of the country” what they should do for gun control. How about a boycott on tourism for NY, CA and IL? Start putting pressure in its citizens to reel their politicians in, or they are going to feel it too. Maybe in NY the don’t mind being told what to think, don’t mind being searched without cause, don’t mind being told how big a soda they can buy. But I’m a grown man and I will make those decision for myself, I don’t need to government to decide for me.

Once anything starts it is blacked out in the news. Did you hear about the rioting in Anaheim CA? Or the rioting in SF CA.? They shut down the cell phone towers etc in SF CA to contain the rioting. Why sovereign Americans should oppose revolution

The purpose of a political union of people is to cooperate in the protection of person and property. As demonstrated by the Roman fasces, a weak stick is easily broken. But a large bundle of weak sticks is almost unbreakable, and a potent force.

As defined by the Declaration of Independence, America’s governments were instituted to secure rights and govern those who consent. As long as the laws reflect those basic tenets, there is nothing amiss.

Unfortunately, Americans have been misled to consent to a vile system of socialist thievery and slavery. Thievery, as in government sponsored taking of property for the benefit of another. And slavery, as in compelled labor for the benefit of another.

The remedy is NOT in fomenting a revolution, dissolving the union of States or otherwise weakening the united States of America by secession. In fact, such a solution only benefits the predators who will find it far easier to prey upon a divided people.

If we wish to retain the union, but restrain the predators who infiltrated the servant government, the remedy is to withdraw consent from socialism, usury, and submission to the democratic form. Restoring our status as sovereign Americans will shrink the pool of subject citizens and chattels pledged as collateral, but that does not demolish the laws that respect and defend the republican form of government. Nor does demanding specific performance to their oaths constitute some form of anti-government sentiment or threat to public servants.

So let us be clear – united we stand, divided we fall. And it is the duty of the oath bound public servants to serve the sovereign people that we should not let them forget. Thus no servant government or its subject citizens have any “right” to secede from the perpetual Union created to secure the blessings of liberty for us and our posterity.
