New Jersey Republican Gov. Chris Christie left open the possibility of a presidential run in 2016 speaking at a town hall Friday.
“A few years from now I’m going to need a new job, so who knows?” he said, in response to a question about his ambitions at a town hall Friday, NorthJersey.com reported.
Christie said his first and concern was his gubernatorial re-election in November.
“My mother knew I was ambitious,” he said, adding that she had told him: “Do the job you have right now the best you can and the future will take care of itself.”
